I wanted to drop you a note to thank Olympic Building Centre for the excellent service provided during my recent transaction for deck materials. In particular, Andrew Irving provided fantastic service throughout the entire purchase process. His responses were timely, professional and knowledgeable. With an almost $8,000 purchase, the decision to proceed with Olympic was strongly influenced by not only his price competitiveness but just as important was Andrew’s attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
I petitioned quotes from many of your competitors. It was very apparent that many of these building material suppliers are either focused on contractors and not on the backyard builder such as myself or not simply focused on customer service whatsoever. In a day where service has all but become a thing of the past it is refreshing to know that the ‘ma and pa establishment’ still exists. Your business strategy is obviously working and the culture is being adopted by your employees.
Please know that with Andrew on staff I expect to return to purchase supplies for many of my upcoming projects. Additionally, I will be recommending Olympic to many of my friends or colleagues.
