Erik went over and above the call of duty today. First off, the delivery was there earlier than we expected and Erik was polite in asking where to put the product. We asked Erik to move some trusses over to the other side of the condo with the Moffett as the crane was setting up. Erik was more than willing to help out. We were very happy he didn’t have to carry trusses to other side of the building. At the end of the day I’m a very happy customer. Please send my thanks to the shipping department.
